CRYSTAL LAKE COMMUNITY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT 47: Leadership Changes for 2018-19

Crystal Lake Community Consolidated School District 47 recently issued the following announcement.

District 47 is excited to welcome the following individuals to their new positions for the 2018-19 school year (effective July 1, 2018).

Director of Math, Science and STEM

Carolyn Stadlman

Carolyn Stadlman will be the new Director of Math, Science and STEM. Stadlman has served as an assistant principal at Hannah Beardsley Middle School since August 2015. Prior to taking on this role in District 47, she served as an elementary principal in Antioch District 34 for five years and as a general education teacher and English Language Learner resource teacher in Mundelein District 75 for seven years.

Director of Dual Language and ELL

Kari Keith

Kari Keith will serve as the District’s new Director of Dual Language and English Language Learner programs. Keith has served as principal at Churchill Elementary in Glen Ellyn, as well as director of the English Language Learner program for Community Unit School District 200 in Wheaton, where she was also an ELL/bilingual facilitator and teacher.

Assistant Principal at Hannah Beardsley Middle School

Aaron Knoth

Aaron Knoth will serve as Assistant Principal at Hannah Beardsley Middle School. Knoth will replace Carolyn Stadlman, who is the District’s new Director of Math, Science and STEM. Besides taking on his new role at HBMS, Knoth will oversee the district’s summer school programs as principal. He has spent his 11-year education career in District 47 serving as a math teacher for eight years at Bernotas Middle School, an icoach (technology coach) at Woods Creek Elementary School, and most recently as a full-time instructional coach at Hannah Beardsley Middle School. In addition, he has served on numerous committees, including the District’s curriculum adoption committee and the “Future Ready” task force.
