Meeting called to order at 8:30 a.m.

Activities:
Members discussed participation at the Chamber of Commerce Harvest Festival.
Members moved items away from windows in anticipation bf window cleaning at Historic Village Hall on May 21.
Members discussed downtown redevelopment status with Village Trustee Brehmer.
Member Lewis worked on transcribing meeting minutes.
Adjournment:
Moved by Member Lewis to adjourn at 11 :56 a.m. Motion seconded by Chairman Jolitz.
