City of Crystal Lake issued the following announcement on July 23.
Public Works crews will be performing water main maintenance on U.S. Route 14, between Florence Street and King Street (in front of McCormick Park), starting at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 2018.
On Tuesday from 3:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., the City will be closing the inside lane of the southbound traffic flow on U.S. Route 14.
Please avoid this area if possible due to traffic delays. Repairs are expected to be complete on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.
