Marengo Community High School District 154 issued the following announcement on Oct. 9.
Marengo Community High School Volleyball Program and HOSA will host our 10th annual “Volley for the Cure” match against North Boone High School on Wednesday, October 17, 2018.
All proceeds collected will be presented to local women who are fighting breast cancer. Last year we raised $7,500 to donate back.
This year our goal is to raise $10,000 in honor of our 10th anniversary!
Over 100 raffle and silent auction items have been donated by local community members and bidding on them begins at 4:30 p.m. in the High School Cafeteria.
You must be present to win and winners will be announced following the varsity match.
