Old Business:
1. Approval of September 6, 2018 Minutes
2. Trunk or Treat
a. River East Library will be participating with a “trunk” only, as we will be providing games this year.
b. Speaker has been rented from Ed’s Rental.
i. Discuss pick up and drop off
c. New numbers for dates on banners were added and banners displayed
d. S. Levatino has emailed board members to solicit participation
e. S. Levatino has emailed G Manis re: Explorers particitaion
i. The Explorers will be there with a “trunk”
f. S. Levatino has emailed G Manis re: Explorers helping with inflatable games
i. The Explorers will NOT be able to help with the games
g. S. Levatino has emailed PW about the barricades being needed
h. Pizza at event
i. Both Rosatis and Sweet Melissa’s declined. Nancy’s Pizza will be there
i. Inflatable games have been ordered
i. Volunteers needed to run the games
j. Event was advertised fb, website, marquee
New Business:
1. PW needs a minimum of 2 week notice for any requests of services by them
2. Discuss Ice Rink
3. Discuss Pictures with Santa
a. 5 piece brass instrument scheduled to play from 10:00 – 11:15
4. Set date/time for next Parks and Rec meeting.
