Mr. Skala said there was a new Resolution at member's desks about the amendment for financing the project. State's Attorney's Office has determined that borrowing funds from the Valley Hi Fund is not appropriate to statute. The amendment is to use all RTA funds to pay for the radios while continued research is done to look for other funding options internally.
