State Senate race: Democrat Zettler wins voter tally in Algonquin Township Precinct 57

Nancy Zettler led Republican Donald P. DeWitte in votes cast in Algonquin Township Precinct 57 for the District 33 state Senate race, according to the latest vote count.

Zettler appeared to outpace DeWitte by a margin of 21.1 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.

In 2014, Republican K McConnaughay, ran uncontested, so no comparison data is available.
