Q2 real estate sales report: Haegers Bend

Median prices rose in Haegers Bend over last year, and are down 20.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 1 home sold in Haegers Bend for a price of $190,000. That's 21 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
