Q2 real estate sales report: Fox Lake

Median prices declined in Fox Lake over last year, and are up 1.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 47 homes sold in Fox Lake for a median price of $179,000. That's 5.1 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
