Q2 real estate sales report: Spring Grove

Median prices declined in Spring Grove over last year, and are down 8.9 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 38 homes sold in Spring Grove for a median price of $282,500. That's 2.5 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
