D. MANAGER'S REPORT NO. 127:

1. Video Gaming Revenue Distribution Resolution Amendment and Change in Hotel/Motel Tax Distribution Policy (127a)

Authorization of An Amended Resolution Designating Video Gaming Revenue to Specific Purposes, modifying the parameters of video gaming revenue distributions for marketing efforts, and further, approves a change in the Hotel/Motel Tax Distribution to Tier I Organizations beginning in FY19/20 as identified. DOC. 1

2. Ordinance - UDO Text Amendments (127b) Approval of An Ordinance Amending Various Sections of the City of Woodstock Unified Development Ordinance Relating to Public Notice Requirements, Setbacks, Project Review, and Allowed and Special Uses. DOC. 2

3. Waiver of Competitive Bids and Award of Contract - Emergency Repair to Water Service Line at the Library (127c)

a) Authorization to Waive the requirement for Competitive Bids and

b) Award a contract with Community Plumbing Company for emergency repairs to the water service line at Woodstock’s Public Library for a total amount “not to exceed” $19,625.

4. Ordinance – Sign Variance – 11565 US Route 14, Sports Clips (127d) Approval of an Ordinance Approving Sign Variations to allow a second, illuminated wall sign at Sport Clips, 11565 W. US Route 14, Woodstock, Illinois. DOC. 3

5. Purchase - Stage Screen at the Woodstock Opera House (127e)

a) Authorization to purchase a NEC NP-PA803UL- LCD Projector from CDWG in the amount of $7,121.44, and

b) Approval to purchase a Draper 114614 - Paragon/Series V – 146” x 260” (300” Diag.) Projector Screen from Projector Screen.com in the amount of $6,824.

6. Award of Contract - Emergency Replacement of HVAC Unit – Recreation Center

(127f) Approval of a contract with Geostar Mechanical, Rockford, IL to replace the 5-Ton HVAC unit serving the Women’s Locker Room at the Woodstock Recreation Center at a cost not-to-exceed $14,245 as an unanticipated emergency expenditure.

7. Award of Contract – Emergency Culvert Replacement at Spillway in Emricson Park (127g) Authorization to award a contract to Excavating Concepts Inc. of Woodstock, IL to complete “emergency” culvert replacement at the spillway in Emricson Park for $18,380.
