Q3 real estate sales report: Fox Lake

Median prices rose in Fox Lake over last year, and are up 15.1 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 47 homes sold in Fox Lake for a median price of $175,000. That's 4 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
