Q3 real estate sales report: Lakemoor

Median prices declined in Lakemoor over last year, and are up 4.5 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 33 homes sold in Lakemoor for a median price of $165,000. That's 1.3 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
