Q3 real estate sales report: Algonquin

Median prices declined in Algonquin over last year, and are down 11.9 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 198 homes sold in Algonquin for a median price of $231,000. That's 3 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
