Q4 real estate sales report: Island Lake

Median prices rose in Island Lake over last year, and are down 23.4 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 35 homes sold in Island Lake for a median price of $150,000. That's 11 percent higher than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
