How did Cal Skinner spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Libertarian Cal Skinner's election campaign committee, Skinner Campaign Fund, spent $478 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Skinner's committee spent the most on income taxes in the quarter, with all those payments ($312) going to Internal Revenue Service in Ogden. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Skinner's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
