How did Louis Bianchi spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Louis Bianchi's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Louis Bianchi State's Attorney, spent $3,834 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bianchi's committee spent the most on gifts for workers in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,000) going to Panera Bread in Woodstock. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bianchi's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
