How did Craig Wilcox spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Craig Wilcox's election campaign committee, Citizens for Colonel Craig Wilcox, spent $4,369 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Wilcox's committee spent the most on palm cards in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,304) going to Curtis Scott Advertising, Inc in Elmhurst. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Wilcox's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
