How did John Bartman spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic John Bartman's election campaign committee, Friends of John M Bartman, spent $227,723 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bartman's committee spent the most on television advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($187,950) going to Adelstein & Associates LLC in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bartman's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
