Republican Robert Wilbrandt Jr's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Robert Wilbrandt, Jr. Circuit Judge, spent $8,191 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
