A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Friends of Lynn Gray was the only campaign committee in Marengo that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The fine that Friends of Lynn Gray has yet to pay was imposed on June 7, 2017, for a late quarterly report.
