Prairie Grove home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Prairie Grove rose by $98,250 while total sales increased by 400%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,500 - a 63.7% increase over the $154,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Prairie Grove in July 2016.
