Harvard home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Harvard rose by $30,750 while total sales decreased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 51.9% increase over the $59,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Harvard in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Harvard for 2017 was $3,296.60. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,123. This marks an increase of 5.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.7%.
