Richmond home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Richmond rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,500 - a 2.3% increase over the $109,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Richmond in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Richmond for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,178.90, approximately 3.7% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
