Holiday Hills home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Holiday Hills rose by $4,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,250 - a 3.3% increase over the $136,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Holiday Hills in the third quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Holiday Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,931.60, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
