CINDY OTTO - request that the Planning and Zoning Commission for the Village of Johnsburg recommend that a variance be granted to Section 10.3-4.1 Front Yard Setbacks, to permit the a front yard setback of 16 feet in lieu of the otherwise required 40 feet to accommodate the addition of a deck on the front of the house. Relating to the property commonly known as 3601 Middle Avenue, Johnsburg, Illinois, PIN 10-18-154-015.
