                  Approval of an Ordinance authorizing the acquisition of property for the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of South, Lake and Madison Streets utilizing the eminent domain process.       DOC. 1

            2. Ordinance – Variations of UDO – 200-220 South Tryon Street      (136b) 

                  Approval of an Ordinance authorizing variations from Table 7A.2 (Area and Bulk Requirements) of the Unified Development Ordinance to allow the property at 200-220 South Tryon Street to be divided into two separate parcels.       DOC. 2

            3. Ordinance – Variations of UDO – 1303 Queen Anne Street      (136c) 

                  Approval of an Ordinance granting a variation from Table 7A.2 of the Unified Development Ordinance to allow a reduced setback for a deck in a side yard abutting a street at 1303 Queen Anne Street.       DOC. 3

            4. Award of Contract – Emricson Park Fencing      (136d)

                  Award of contract for the replacement of outfield fences on Bigelow Field B, Bigelow Field C, and the Dream Field in Emricson Park to the lowest responsible bidder, Classic Fence Inc., Oswego, IL for the bid price of $45,863.52 and in accordance with the project specifications.

             5. Award of Contract – Opera House South Roof Replacement      (136e)

                  Award of contract to L. Marshall Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc., Glenview, IL for the replacement of the flat roof on the south side of the Opera House for an amount not-toexceed $41,775.

              6. Waiver of Competitive Bids and Award of Contract – Reclamite      (136f)

                      a) Approval of a Waiver to the Requirement for Competitive Bids; and

                      b) Award of contract to Corrective Asphalt Materials, LLC to apply Reclamite® to an estimated 35,715 square yards at the unit price of $0.84 SY in FY19/20.

               7. Sofie’s Whiskey & Wine – Revolving Loan Agreement      (136g)

                     Authorization for the City Manager to execute and administer a Revolving Loan Agreement with Sofie’s Whiskey & Wine, subject to final review and approval by the City Attorney.       DOC. 4

               8. Resolution – TIF Inducement – 301 E. Calhoun and 330 E. Jackson Streets      (136h)

                     Approval of a Resolution to induce the redevelopment of certain property within the Woodstock TIF #2 – Downtown & Route 47 Redevelopment Project Area (301 E. Calhoun St. and 330 E. Jackson St.).       DOC. 5
