1. Roll Call – Establish Quorum

2. Motion to Approve the Appointment of a Video Gaming Commission consisting of Village President Philip G. Stephan; Village Clerk Janice S. Hansen; and Chief Administrative Officer Jeannine Smith
3. Executive Session to Discuss 1) the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the Village, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity 4)litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the Village has been filed and pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the Village finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.
