Consider for Approval a Resolution Awarding the 2019 US Route 14 Sidewalk Connections Project Bid to Alliance Contractors Inc., Woodstock, IL and Authorizing the Village Administrator to Execute a Contract in an Amount Not to Exceed $206,637.25 and Authorizing the Village Administrator to Approve a 10% Contingency for Unforeseen Changes in Scope for a Maximum Project Amount of $227,300.97

Consider for Approval a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Grant Agreement between the Village of Cary and the State of Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the Route 14 Sidewalk Improvements Project The Village of Cary is subject to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
