Motion to Approve Ordinance No. 2019-(35) - An Ordinance Providing for the Issuance of Not to Exceed $8,500,000 General Obligation Waterworks and Sewerage Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2019, of the village of Lakewood, McHen1y County, Illinois, for the Purpose of Paying the Costs of Constructing Capital Improvements to the Waterworks and Sewerage System of the Village and Refunding Certain Outstanding Bonds of the Village, and for the Payment of Expenses Incident thereto, Providing for the collection, Segregation and Distribution of the Revenues of the Waterworks and Sewerage System Operated by said Village, Providing for the Pledge of Said Revenues, Sales Taxes and Income Taxes to the Payment of Principal and Interest on Said Bonds and the Levy of a Direct Annual Tax Sufficient to Pay Such Principal and Interest if the Pledged Revenues are Insufficient to Make such Payment, and Authorizing the Sale of Said Bonds to the Purchaser Thereof
