D. MANAGER'S REPORT NO. 150:

January 29, 2020 January 2020

1. Agreement – Bull Valley Ford – Sales Tax Incentive Amendment (150a) Approval of an Amendment to the Economic Incentive Agreement between the City of Woodstock and Bull Valley Ford Inc., authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute this agreement, subject to the City Attorney’s Office final review and approval.

2. Agreement/Award of Contract – Metra Warming Shelter (150b)

a) Approval of an Intergovernmental Funding Agreement for Phase II services and authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute this agreement in order to fund the provision of plans and specifications for the construction of a warming shelter across the tracks from the existing train station. 

b) Authorization to award a contract to Christopher B. Burke Engineering, LTD., for an amount totaling $33,205 to complete engineering and architectural services necessary to construct a warming shelter.

3. Award a Contract – Route 47 Improvements HR Green (150c) Authorization to award a Design Engineering Contract to HR Green to provide services for an amount totaling $324,585 associated with Illinois Route 47 Improvements as it relates to utility relocation, landscaping and lighting.

4. Award of Contract – Sanitary Sewer Lining (150d) Authorization to award a contract to Hampton, Lenzini, and Renwick Inc., for an amount not-to-exceed $29,605 for assistance in the identification of necessary repairs related to pipeline rehabilitation tributary to the Southside Wasterwater Treatment Plant followed by engineering to help specify the appropriate corrective action.

5. Ordinance – Cedarhurst Memory Care Facility (150e)

a) Approval of an Ordinance Approving a Zoning Map Amendment from B5 Shopping Center District to B3 Service & Retail District for the property located on US Route 14, between Lake Shore Drive and Doty Road. 

b) Approval of an Ordinance Approving A Special Use Permit to Allow an Assisted Living/Memory Facility for the property located on Us Route 14, Between Lake Shore Drive and Doty Road.
