Early voting for the March 17 primary begins in McHenry County

Twelve early voting locations are open in McHenry County for the Tuesday, March 17 primary election.

Four locations opened Monday, March 2: the McHenry County Administration Building, Country Inn and Suites in Crystal Lake, Lake in the Hills Village Hall and McHenry City Hall. 

Early voting hours at these four locations are 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. through Friday. On Saturday, March 14, hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday, March 15, hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Monday, March 16, hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Eight more locations are also open: McHenry Township office, Huntley Park District, Cary Area Library, Algonquin Library, Nunda Township offices, Dunham Township office, Marengo City Hall and Nippersink Library.
