Information for the community:
Students and staff at Mackeben Elementary School will participate in an off-site evacuation drill on the morning of April 8. This drill will be conducted between the approximate hours of 9:00 a.m. and noon with assistance from local law enforcement.
Individuals in the area of the Square Barn Road Campus may witness activity on and around campus, including school buses and law enforcement vehicles. There is no cause for concern related to this activity. It is part of a drill to help the District prepare for an off-site evacuation and relocation scenario.
A letter has been sent to Mackeben families with detailed information.
