• Review the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation to approve the petition submitted by the City of Harvard for a zoning map amendment and text amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance. Will require City Council action to approve or reject the Commission's recommendation to approve the petition and proposed ordinances.
a. An Ordinance Amending the Unified Development Ordinance to Eliminate the Off-Street Vehicle Parking Requirements in the B-1 RC and B-1 MU Zoning Districts
b. An Ordinance Reclassifying Certain Property Commonly Known as 201 W. Diggins St. from R-3 Traditional Residential District to B-1-MU Zoning District
7. 2020 MFT Road Program
• The bid opening for the 2020 MFT Road Program was held on March 12, 2020. Action requested is to approve a resolution to award the contract to Schroeder Asphalt Services Inc. for their low bid in the amount of $246,708.78 and to authorize execution of all contract documents.
8. Budget Public Hearing on April 28, 2020 @ 7 pm
9. Park Closure to Organized Activities
• Action requested is to decide whether to close City parks to organized activities.
