Move to approve Ordinance 19-20-52 Adopting Zoning Map Amendments
VILLAGE BOARD:
Move to approve ORDINANCE 19-20-53 authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2020A of the Village of Johnsburg, McHenry County, Illinois, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $3,800,000 for the purpose of financing costs of improvements to the Village, including but not limited to, expanding and remodeling the Village Hall, to create a municipal center that will include the police department, and related costs of issuance of the Bonds, and providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on said bonds
Move to approve ORDINANCE 19-20-54 authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2020B of the Village of Johnsburg, McHenry County, Illinois, in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $2,750,000 for the purpose of financing various water and sewer projects, maintenance, road improvements and other associated costs and paying for costs related thereto, and providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient for the payment of the principal of and interest on said bonds."
