Here is the agenda provided by the board and the officer:

I. CONTINUED - REQUIRED CONTINUANCE TO 11:00 AM ON JUNE 9, 2020

1. #2020-001 - Sebert Trust - Coral Twp - A1-A1V

NOTE: CONTINUED FROM MARCH 10, 2020

Variation to allow for a solid fence to be a maximum height of ten (10) feet two (2) inches instead of the maximum six (6) feet allowed.

II. NEW AGENDA ITEMS - REQUIRED CONTINUANCE TO 11:00 AM ON JUNE 9, 2020

1. #2019-045 - Connell - Nunda Twp - E1-E1V

Variation to allow for a solid fence to be located within the effective street yard.

2. #2020-006 - Burns - McHenry Twp - R1-R1V

Variation to allow for a minimum street yard setback of twenty one (21) feet instead of the minimum thirty (30) feet required from the north property line and a Variation to allow a minimum combined side setback of thirteen (13) feet instead of the minimum fifteen (15) feet required.
