Village of Huntley recently issued the following announcement.
2020 Street Improvement Program - Northbridge Subdivision
This program is funded in part by Motor Fuel Taxes received by the Village from the State of Illinois. Pavement rehabilitation will consist of a combination of full and partial depth pavement removal & replacement. Project includes full depth asphalt patching as needed, spot sidewalk, curb and gutter repair as well as remove and replace sidewalk aprons with detectable warning panels to meet current ADA standards. Roadway sections include all roadways in the Northbridge Subdivision. Project also includes crack sealing pavement edges in the Georgian Place Subdivision which was resurfaced in 2019.

- Lenox Court on both sides of the roadway from Greywall Ln. to the cul de sac
- Cortland Lane on both sides of the roadway from Northbridge Dr. to Greywall Ln.
- Greywall Lane on both sides of the roadway from Northbridge Dr. to the cul de sac
- Sawgrass Lane on both sides of the roadway from Northbridge Dr. to Concord Ln.
- Concord Lane on both sides of the roadway from Sawgrass Ln. to Northbridge Dr.
- Eastwood Drive on both sides of the roadway from Concord Ln. to Sawgrass Ln.
- Cambria Court on both sides of the roadway from Northbridge Dr. to the cul de sac
- Northbridge Drive on both sides of the roadway from Rte. 62 to Reed Rd.
- Mayflower Lane on both sides of the roadway from Northbridge Dr. to Biltmore Ln.
- Biltmore Lane on both sides of the roadway from Mayflower Ln. to Northbridge Dr.
- Mayfield Lane from Northbridge Dr. to Hunter Trl.
- Hunter Trail from Mayfield Ln. to Savannah Ln.
- Faiths Way from Hunter Trl. to 200 ft east
- Savannah Court from Savannah Ln. to the cul de sac
- Savannah Lane from Hunter Trl. to Northbridge Dr.
- Bayhill Court from Northbridge Dr. to the cul de sac
- Biltmore Lane from Northbridge Dr. to Mayflower Ln.
- Mayflower Lane from Biltmore Ln. to Northbridge Dr.
- Aldridge Drive from Mayflower Ln. to Mayfield Ln.
