b. Motion to approve the continuation of the local disaster emergency for the Village of Richmond pursuant to Section
3.14(n), Local Disaster Emergency, of the Richmond Village Code to August 20, 2020
c. Motion to approve recommendation by the Finance Committee regarding the Community Development Block Grant ADA door openers for Village Hall and Memorial Hall south entrance
