NOTE: CONTINUED FROM PRIOR HEARING DATE OF MARCH 10, 2020

Variation to allow for a solid fence to be a maximum height of ten (10) feet two (2) inches instead of the maximum six (6) feet allowed.

II. NEW AGENDA ITEMS

1. #2020-016 - Quest - Algonquin Twp - A1-A1V

Variation to allow for a minimum street setback of five (5) feet instead of the minimum fifty (50) feet required for an accessory structure in the effective street yard.
