$103,853.14 issued to Crystal Lake Police Pension Fund from Bloomington Police Pension Fund.

Creditable service from Bloomington Police Pension Fund is paid in full.

Adjusted Crystal Lake Police Pension Fund date of hire now January 5, 2014.
