• The petitioners, Oscar Gomez and Leon Enrique, are requesting relief from Section 19.15.B3, Driveways and Private Parking Lots, in order to widen the driveway 2’ to the east for wheelchair accessibility. Subject property is located at 706 West Roosevelt St. Action requested is to approve or deny the petition.
7. Marc Hathaway, Stateline Investments – Request for Extension
• Marc Hathaway is requesting an extension of the August 31, 2020 deadline for the Water/Sewer Hookup for 108 Airport Rd.
8. Crowley Road Plat of Vacation
• Action requested is City Council direction regarding the Crowley Road Plat of Vacation.
9. Harvard WWTF Improvements – Phase 1A/Intent to Award
• Project bids were opened on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. Action requested is to approve an Intent to Award contract.
10. Proposed Ordinance Amending Section 15.07B, Parking Prohibitions, No Parking Locations
• Action requested is to approve or deny the proposed ordinance amending no parking locations on Ridge Lane Dr.
11. Call Streets & Alleys Committee Meeting to Discuss Project Alternatives for the IDOT REBUILD Illinois Grant Program; the City’s share of bond funding will be about $600,000.
12. IDOT Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program (ITEP) Grant
• Action requested is to authorize City Administrator to submit an ITEP Grant application.
