2. Motion to approve Resolution 20-29 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove to appoint an individual to fill a vacancy in the office of Village Trustee
3. Motion to approve Resolution 20-30 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove appointing individuals to fill a vacancy in the Planning and Zoning Committee
4. Motion to approve Resolution 20-32 a Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois approving the annual audit for fiscal year May 1, 2019 - April 30, 2020

9. Motion to approve Ordinance 20-21 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove amending section 6-2-6 and 6-2-4-5A of the Village of Poplar Grove code of ordinances regarding the combined waterworks and sewerage system
FINANCE AND PUBLIC WORKS, TRUSTEE MILLER
10. Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village board to approve check disbursement in the amount of $107,098.10 in in AP checks, $13,001.79 in Insurance Expense checks, and $7,853.15 in EFTS for a total of $127,953.04
11. Motion to approve Ordinance 20-22 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois adopting local coronavirus urgent remediation emergency support program financial support conditions and certifications
12. Motion to approve Resolution 20-28 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove resolving to award the contract for phase II clean and televise sanitary sewer.
