m. Payment of bills in the amount of $588,239.55
6. Individual Action Consent Agenda Items
• City Council Action on any item removed from the consent agenda.
7. Halloween Trick-of-Treat Hours
• Action requested is City Council direction on setting trick-or-treat hours.
8. Streets & Alleys Committee Recommendation Crowley Road Plat of Vacation
• Action requested is to approve the Committee’s recommendation to close off Crowley Road at the pump station and at the edge of the Erickson driveway and to appoint a Committee member to meet with Alden Township to discuss an intergovernmental agreement for mowing, plowing and general maintenance with the exception of culverts.
9. Streets & Alleys Committee Recommendation IDOT REBUILD Illinois Grant Program Project
• Action requested is to approve the Committee’s recommendation to proceed with staff recommendation for a continuation of the streetscape on South Ayer St. and to piggy back grant funding from the CDBG program, RTA engineering money and possible grant funding from IDOT called ITEP (Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program).
