2. Resolution – Preliminary Property Tax Levy (167b)
Approval of a Resolution Estimating the Calendar Year 2020 Property Tax Levy in Accordance with the Truth in Taxation Act (35 ILCS 200/18-60). DOC. 2
3. Ordinance – Variation for 420 Donovan Avenue (167c)
Adoption of an Ordinance Granting a Variation from UDO Section 7A.5 (Nonconformities) to allow a porch expansion having a front-yard setback of 12.7 feet at 420 West Donovan Avenue. DOC. 3
4. Ordinance – Variation for 529 Fremont Street (167d)
Approval of an Ordinance Granting a Variation from UDO Section 7B.3.2 (Accessory Uses and Structures) to allow an accessory structure to be located one foot from side and rear lot lines at 529 Fremont Street.
5. Resolution – IDOT ROW Maintenance Agreement (167e)
Approval of “A Resolution Pertaining to Maintenance and Improvement Activities by the City of Woodstock within State Highways,” required for maintenance work and local improvements within the State right-of-way during calendar years 2021 and 2022. DOC. 5
6. Ordinance - Special Use Permit – Dental Office – Jewel Shopping Center (167f)
Adoption of an Ordinance Approving a Special Use Permit to allow a Dental Office at 935-941 Country Club Road, Woodstock, Illinois. DOC. 6
7. Ordinance – City Code Amendment – Franklinville Road and Moraine Road (167g)
Approval of an Ordinance amending the Woodstock City Code to include a yield sign for westbound traffic on Franklinville Road at its intersection with Moraine Drive. DOC. 7
8. Woodstock Restaurant Relief Grant Program (167h)
Approval of the establishment of a Woodstock Restaurant Relief Grant Program to be funded utilizing a $300,000 DCEO grant award and $200,000 of additional City funding, with program eligibility based on a “restaurant/bar” designation by the McHenry County Health Department and other eligibility criteria, with the City Administration provided flexibility to approve exceptions, with all available grant funds dispersed utilizing the allocation formula recommended by City Staff, and final grant disbursements to eligible restaurants and bars be expedited in November with the actual payments reported on the Warrant at the next City Council meeting.
