THIS HEARING IS POSTPONED TO 1:30 PM ON DECEMBER 3, 2020

The Petitioner is requesting reclassification of the subject property from “B-1” Neighborhood Business District and “I-2” Heavy Industrial District with variations to “B-1” Neighborhood Business District. The Petitioner further requests variations to allow 1) a reduction of the number of required off-street parking spaces from eleven (11) spaces to zero (0), 2) an increase of the maximum allowable impervious surface of a parcel in a Sensitive Aquifer Recharge Area (SARA) from fifty (50) percent to one-hundred (100) percent, 3) a reduction of the required minimum lot area from 0.5 acres to 0.17 acres, 4) a reduction of the required minimum lot frontage from one-hundred (100) feet to seventyfour point four (74.4) feet, 5) an increase of the maximum building coverage from thirty-five (35) percent to forty-five (45) percent, 6) a reduction of the required minimum setback from the c the required minimum street setback from thirty (30) feet to zero (0) feet.

The Petitioner is requesting reclassification of the subject property from “A-1” Agriculture District to “A-2” Agriculture District.
