Meeting called to order at: 9:00 AM by Chairman Jack D Franks.

PRESENT: Aavang, Acosta, Althoff, Barnes (Remote), Bates, Christensen (Remote), Doherty, Gottemoller, Kearns, McCann, Ness, Nowak, Parrish, Reinert, Schofield, Skala, Smith (Remote), Thorsen, Vijuk, Wegener, Wheeler, Wilbeck, Yensen, Franks

ABSENT: Jung Jr.

Also present were: Peter Austin, County Administrator; Scott Hartman, Deputy County Administrator; Kevin Bueso, Director of Finance; Melissa Adamson, Health Department Administrator; Susan Karras, Director of Nursing and other interested staff members and public

9. EXECUTIVE SESSION (IF NECESSARY)

Discussion regarding pending litigation.

Mr. Gottemoller made a motion, seconded Mr. Wilbeck to adjourn at 11:21 am and enter into Executive Session. Chairman Franks declared the motion passed on a unanimous voice vote. (absent was Bates, Jung)

Mr. Gottemoller made a motion, seconded Mr. Doherty to return to regular session at 11:39 am. Chairman Franks declared the motion passed on a unanimous voice vote.

10. MOTION TO ADJOURN

Ms. Aavang made a motion seconded by Mr. Wilbeck to adjourn at 11:40 a.m. Chairman Franks declared the motion passed on a unanimous voice vote. -BMG
