1. Ordinances – Property Tax Abatements – Alternate Revenue Bonds (172a) Approval of various Ordinances authorizing the annual abatement of property taxes related to the City’s Alternate Revenue Source Bonds:
a) Approval of an Ordinance abating the additional tax imposed by Ordinance Number 16-O-47, General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) Series 2016, issued for the purpose of refunding all or a portion of the City’s outstanding General Obligation Waterworks and Sewerage Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2008A; and DOC. 1
b) Approval of an Ordinance abating the additional tax imposed by Ordinance Number 14-O-35, General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Sources) Series 2014, issued for the purpose of Refunding Series 2005B General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Sources) and Series 2003 General Obligation (Limited Tax) Debt Certificates Issued for Construction of Roadway Improvements and the Development of New Park Sites Along with Recreation Facility Improvements for the City of Woodstock; and DOC. 2

Ordinance – Liquor License – E-4 Liquor License Classification Amendment (172b) Approval of An Ordinance Amending Section 3.3.6, Classification of Licenses: Number and Fees, of Chapter 3, Title 3, Liquor Control, of the Woodstock City Code, modifying the parameters of the E-4 Liquor License Classification. 3. Award of Contract – Printing and Design of City Scene (172c) Approval to award a three-year contract for the design, printing and post office prep of the Woodstock City Scenes to Full Draw Design, Woodstock for a base price of $15,065 for 48 pages per edition.
4. Ordinance – Code Amendment – Alcohol Use for Pavilion Rentals (172d) Adoption of an Ordinance Amending Section 6.2.6, Public Ways and Property, of the Woodstock City Code, to allow the inclusion of alcoholic beverages with a pavilion rental in Emricson Park. DOC. 8
5. Resolution – TIF #2 Inducement – 615 Brink Street (172e) Approval of a Resolution of the City of Woodstock, McHenry County, Illinois, to Induce the Redevelopment of Certain Property within the Woodstock TIF #2 Downtown & Route 47 (615 Brink St.). DOC. 9
6. Ordinance – Sale of Surplus Property and Vehicles (172f) Adoption of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale or Disposal of Personal Property Owned by the City of Woodstock, designating the miscellaneous vehicles and equipment described as surplus property. DOC. 10

Resolution – Change Order – 2020 Street Program (172g) Approval of a Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 1, for Preliminary Site Investigation, Design Engineering and Construction Engineering Services for the 2020 Street Resurfacing Program, increasing the original contract by $10,866.
