      Items under the Consent Agenda are acted upon in a single motion. There is no separate discussion of these items prior to the Council vote unless a Council Member requests that an item be removed from the consent agenda for separate action.

      Motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented:

5. Individual Action Consent Agenda Items

      • City Council Action on any item removed from the consent agenda.

6. ERA Candy Drops Service Vending License Application Site Location Harvard Coin Wash, 207 Randall St.

      • Action requested is to approve the vending license application as submitted.

7. IDOT Resolution for 2021 MFT Road Program in the amount of $207,550.00

      • Action requested is to approve the resolution as submitted.

8. Airport Plaza Resubdivision of Lot 4

      • The petitioner, B&V Grant Highway, LLC is requesting approval of the Airport Plaza Resubdivision of Lot 4. Action requested is to approve the plat of subdivision and proposed ordinance as submitted.

9. Vacant Lots in Country Brook Subdivision

      • There currently are 25 vacant lots in Country Brook Subdivision with unpaid liens in the amount of $13,398.75. Action requested is to authorize staff to move forward with foreclosure upon the City’s liens.

10. Proposed Ordinance Authorizing Sale of Surplus Property

      • The proposed ordinance provides for a declaration and sale/disposal of personal surplus property which is no longer necessary or useful to the City. Action requested is to adopt the proposed ordinance.

11. Park Board Recommendation Regarding Smoke-Free Park Zones

      • Action requested is to approve the Park Board’s recommendation and proposed ordinance designating certain smoke-free park zones within City Parks or refer to the Ordinance Committee for further review.

12. Park Board Recommendation Regarding the Parks Budget

      • Action requested is to approve the Park Board’s recommendation and proposed ordinance amending the FY20/21 Budget to transfer funds to the Parks Capital Improvement Account to be used for the Northfield Court Tennis Courts.

13. Finance Committee Meeting/Budget Workshop, Saturday, February 6, 2021 @ 8 am
