On Aug. 6, Terry L. and Albert R. Couchman and Couchman (revocable living trust) purchased a home at 1001 N. Hart St., Harvard from Trevor M. and Melissa A. Berg for $260,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $4,301.22, which is 1.65% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 30, 2000. It last sold for $140,000.

So far in August 2021, three properties sold in Harvard.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Trevor M. Berg has been registered to vote since 2019. Melissa A. Berg has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show.
