The four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property at 18 Glenhurst Court, Fox River Grove was sold on Aug. 6 by St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and Thomas Brantner for $332,500. The buyers were Stephanie E. and Anthony Marcy.

So far in August 2021, four properties sold in Fox River Grove.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 18 Glenhurst Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brian Donald Lee, 37, and Diane Jurkovich Lee, 37.
